Edward J. Moran Senior Vice President With a career that spans forty-six years and includes extensive experience in nonprofit management, strategic planning, philanthropy, fundraising, campaign planning and management, marketing, and public relations, Mr. Moran is one of the most experienced and respected nonprofit consultants in the country. During his extensive career he has provided counsel and services to a variety of organizations including colleges and universities, health, social service, and medical organizations, foundations, museums, corporations, and government agencies. Summary of Experience Member of the senior management team that established the College of the Virgin Islands, from inception, (now the University of the Virgin Islands) and later, in a similar role with Eisenhower College, the National Memorial to President Dwight D. Eisenhower. Vice President of a national health organization, Executive Vice President of a regional medical center foundation, President and Chief Executive Officer of a national foundation, and senior consultant for twenty-eight years. For several years, served on the national board of directors of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and was among the first group of fundraising executives in the United States to achieve national certification. A graduate of Hillsdale College in Michigan and pursued graduate studies at the University of Michigan and the University of Notre Dame Law School. Adjunct faculty member at the Center for Philanthropy, Rollins College, and is frequently invited to serve as a speaker and/or instructor at various workshops and training sessions throughout the country.
