During his long and highly accomplished career, has worked with nonprofit organizations around the U.S and Canada including the New Mexico Economic Development Partnership, the Northwest Ontario Development Network, the Greater Lansing Chamber of Commerce, and Forest City Enterprise. Along with his nonprofit economic consulting work, Jack has also counseled several highly respected for profit organizations including New Balance Athletic Shoe, Nationwide Insurance, and Hewlett Packard. Jack has lectured and been a guest speaker throughout North America and is an expert in labor analysis and strategic implementation planning for economic development programs. Summary of Experience Jack is a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) and former member of the Certification Board of the American Economic Development Council, Fellow Member of the American Economic Development Council, and winner of the Distinguished Service Award from the Council in 1993.
